CALZONE 
1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits
1/2 c. pizza sauce
10 slices Italian salami or pepperoni or both
3/4 c. sliced olives
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese, 1/2 c. shredded Romano cheese, and 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

For each Calzone, press 5 biscuits into a flat cake; roll or pat to make an 8 inch circle. Spread with 1/2 cup pizza sauce over 1/2 of circle to within 1/2 of edge. Top with meats, cheese, and olives. Fold over to resemble a turnover; pinch edges. Bake on greased pan at 500 degrees for approximately 6 minutes until golden.

Optional: Bell peppers, onion, tomatoes, mushrooms, etc. Be creative.
