GLAZED NUTS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 lb. nuts

Heat sugar and sour cream until melted. Add vanilla and mix in nuts (any kind: walnuts, pecans, almonds, etc.). Pour mixture onto cookie sheet. Air dry at least 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Break apart when dry.
