SASSY BLACK BEAN SOUP 
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 c. chopped onion
2 sm. cloves garlic, minced
2 (15 oz.) cans black beans, drained
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. picante sauce
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
Chopped fresh cilantro, optional

Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat until hot. Add onion and garlic; saute until tender. Add beans and next 5 ingredients; stir well. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes. Remove from heat; add lime juice and garnish with fresh cilantro. Approximately 130 calories per 1 cup serving; 3 grams fat.
