BISCOTTI 
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
Anisette
Pinch of salt
Flour

Beat eggs until thick; add sugar gradually, beat again. Add oil. Beat again. Add flavoring. Add dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Scrape into greased cookie sheet and spread smooth. Bake in moderate oven until golden and formed. Cut and arrange on sheet and put back in very hot oven (450 degrees) for about 5 minutes.
