BAKED POTATO WEDGES 
6 med. potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
1 pkg. potato toppings (found in the produce dept. in env.)
Water
Cheddar cheese, shredded

Bake potatoes, cut into wedges. Put in a casserole dish. Mix potato toppings with enough water to make it saucy (not runny) let sit 5 minutes and add water again. Mix the sour cream and above mixture. Spread over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake or microwave until hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
