ROCKY-ROAD FROSTING 
1 c. tiny marshmallows
2 squares (2 oz.) unsweetened chocolate, cut up
1/4 c. butter
2 - 2 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. tiny marshmallows
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts

In a saucepan combine 1 cup marshmallows, chocolate, butter and 1/4 cup water. Cook and stir over low heat until marshmallows and chocolate are melted. Cool slightly. Add 2 cups powdered sugar and vanilla; beat by hand about 2 minutes or until smooth and of spreading consistency. If necessary add additional powdered sugar. Stir in 1 cup marshmallows and walnuts. Frosts top of 13"x9" cake.
