COCONUT FROSTING FOR FOUR CAKE
LAYERS
 
24 oz. frozen coconut
2 c. white sugar
16 oz. sour cream

Mix these 3 ingredients a day before making the layers and leave in refrigerator. Next day make 4 layers or split 2 thick ones and spread with the frosting. This cake must be kept in the refrigerator or in a very cool place. This also freezes well.
