FRENCH COOKIES 
40 graham crackers, rolled fine (sqs.)
2 c. chopped nuts
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 pt. cream
1 c. brown sugar

Cream sugar and butter. Add cream, crumbs, nuts, and chips. Fill small paper cups almost full. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or just so they are set. Frost with melted Hershey's bars or chocolate chips. Makes 90 to 100 tea cakes.
