1 bouquet woodruff
2 bottles white wine
1 bottle sparkling wine or water
Cube sugar

Wash woodruff and let drain. Tie together with string and hang into bowl. Pour wine over it and place in a cool place. After 30 minutes, remove woodruff. Sweeten with sugar to taste and add sparkling wine or water and serve.
