CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE 
1 Devil's Food cake mix
1 tbsp. oil
4 eggs
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 Hershey bar

Set aside 1 cup of cake mix (dry). In bowl add rest of cake mix, 1 egg and oil. Stir until crumbly. Press into 13 x 9 inch pan.

Blend cream cheese and sugar, add eggs and 1 cup of dry cake mix. Beat 1 minute on medium speed. Add milk and vanilla. Blend on low speed, pour into crust.

Bake at 300 degrees for 55-65 minutes. Allow to cool. Top with Cool Whip and shredded chocolate.
