PICKLE RELISH 
4 qts. pickles
4 red peppers
4 med. onions
4 c. vinegar
4 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. turmeric
4 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. pepper

Put vegetables through food chopper. Add hand full of salt. Let stand overnight. Next morning drain, rinse. Add rest of ingredients; bring to boil. Boil 1/2 hour. Put in clean hot jars and seal.
