PISTACHIO DESSERT | |
60 round snack crackers, crushed (butter flavor) 2 sticks butter, melted 2 pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) pistachio instant pudding 1 1/2 c. milk 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened 1 lg. carton Cool Whip, thawed 2 Heath bars, crushed Mix the crushed crackers with the melted butter. Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. In a bowl, combine pudding and milk. Add ice cream. Stir. Fold in 1/2 Cool Whip. Spread over crumb crust. Then top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with crushed candy bars. Place in freezer. Ready to serve in 2 hours. Serves 12-16. |
