BLACKFOREST CHEESECAKE 
1 pkg. crisp chocolate cookies, crushed (Such as Oreo's, devil's food, chocolate wafers, etc.)
2/3 c. butter, melted

Blend together crushed cookies and melted butter. Press into bottom of a 9 or 10 inch springform pan. Chill for about 15 minutes.

FILLING:

4 pkgs. (2 lbs.) cream cheese, softened
1 1/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. almond extract
12 oz. BAKERS' semi-sweet chocolate, melted

TOPPING:

1 can cherry pie filling

Cream sugar, cream cheese and almond extract. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in melted chocolate. Pour into prepared crust. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes.

Let set in oven with door partially ajar for 1 hour to cool after baking. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
