7 lb. thick watermelon rind, cut into cubes
7 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar
Juice from 1 bottle maraschino cherries
1/2 c. liquid from rind cooking water
1/2 tsp. oil of cinnamon
1/2 tsp. oil of cloves
1 bottle maraschino cherries
Brandy
