FRUIT DESSERT 
Grease and flour a jelly roll pan. Mix together 2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, and 2 teaspoons baking powder; add 1/2 cup softened butter. Put 1 egg in cup; add enough milk to make 1 cup. Add liquid to rest of mixture; spread in pan. Top with 1 can pie filling.

For topping, mix 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour, and 1/2 cup butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over dessert and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. May use any flavor of fruit pie filling.
