EGG ROLL 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 med. onion, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1/2 c. carrot, grated
1 med. cabbage, grated
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. salt
Egg Roll wrappers (oriental store)

Brown meat, drain juice. Cook vegetables until crisp. Add cabbage, carrots, onions, celery, pepper, salt and Accent. Mix together. Place 2 tablespoons of ingredients on egg roll wrappers, fold top and bottom, then roll. Fry until golden all over.
