EGG ROLLS 
1 c. chopped meat
1 c. chopped mushrooms
3 c. chopped cabbage
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Egg Roll wrappers

Mix together cornstarch and soy sauce and reserve this mixture. Brown meat in oil then add mushrooms and cabbage. Cook until cabbage wilts. Add soy sauce mixture and heat until thickens. Wrap in egg roll wrappers (dampen ends of wrappers so they will seal.) Deep fry until brown.
