1 lb. roll sausage
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 to 2 c. Bisquick
dash of Tabasco sauce (optional)

Mix ingredients together. Blend well. Roll into small balls (quarter size). Place on shallow baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
