WHILE YOU'RE AT WORK BEEF
BURGUNDY
 
2 lb. lean beef stew
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1/2 c. burgundy wine
1 c. sliced mushrooms; optional

Combine ingredients in crock pot. Don't brown meat. Cook on low for 9-10 hours. Mushrooms may be added 30 minutes before end of cooking time. Serve over rice or noodles. (May also be cooked in covered Dutch oven at 275 degrees for 3 hours.)
