PINEAPPLE STUFFING | |
3 eggs 1/3 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flour 20 oz. can crushed pineapple 5 slices white bread, cubed (no crust) 1 stick butter Grease 1 quart casserole dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs, sugar, and flour. Add pineapple. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle bread cubes on top. Melt 1 stick butter. Pour butter on top of bread cubes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered. |
