BAKED SCALLOPS 
1 lb. scallops
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk

Mix crumbs and spices together. Melt butter in 8 x 8 pyrex baking dish. Wash scallops in cold water, pat dry. Place in pyrex dish with butter in it, turn the scallops so that all sizes are covered with butter, sprinkle with crumbs mixture. Pour 1/2 c. milk over this and place in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
