2 1/2 c. Pillsbury Bread flour 2 pkgs. Fleischmann's rapid yeast 5 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 egg 1/2 stick butter 1 c. hot tap water Mix yeast, flour, salt, and sugar together dry. Add egg, butter and hot water. Mix until dough becomes stringy. Take dough and knead into ball. Cover in bowl 15 minutes. Take dough and knead for 5 minutes. Let dough rise 15-30 minutes. Take dough and knead again. Make rolls and place on ungreased pan. Set over hot water. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees until brown. Baste with butter. |
