AVOCADO DIP 
4 med. Avocados
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 to 2 tsp. salt
Dash of hot pepper sauce

Blend. This freezes well and will hold in the ice box for several days.
