1/4 c. soft butter
2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. 1 inch sirloin steak
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. catsup
3/4 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt

For seasoned butter, mix first 6 ingredients. Spread half on one side of steak. In large skillet, brown meat buttered side down. As this browns, spread remaining butter over top. Turn and brown. Remove to broiler.

For sauce, mix remaining ingredients. Add skillet drippings, brush on steak. Broil 5 inches from heat 5 to 7 minutes on each side, brushing frequently with sauce.
