MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 lb hamburg
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can ranch style beans, Texas style beans
1 pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown hamburg, onion, and pepper until brown. Add tomato sauce and tomatoes and beans; let simmer slowly (add water if too thick), about 15 to 20 minutes. Add cooked macaroni; mix well. Top with cheese (optional). Cover and let cheese melt. Serve hot.
