MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
12 oz. carton cottage cheese
1 lg. box orange Jello
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
(Sm. bag walnut pieces or chopped nuts)

Mix Cool Whip and dry Jello together in large bowl. Drain canned fruits and add to Cool Whip mixture. Mix again. Add cottage cheese, stir, chill and serve. Great as salad or dessert. (Nuts optional)
