ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
Asparagus, fresh or frozen
Velveeta cheese
Dry bread crumbs

Cut asparagus into pieces. Cook in saucepan until soft. Layer into casserole dish with slices of Velveeta cheese. Sprinkle top with dry bread crumbs. Place casserole in heated oven or microwave just until cheese is melted through.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
