CHOCOLATE FONDUE 
10 oz. milk chocolate
2 oz. heavy cream
1 pinch cinnamon

Heat heavy cream in the fondue pot over a low heat. Melt chocolate in the cream, stirring occasionally. Keep the mixture warm - never boil. Serve by dipping pieces of cut-up fruit such as strawberries, bananas, apples, etc. Marshmallows also taste great!
