POPCORN CAKE 
3 qts. popcorn, popped
1 lb. plain M & M's
1 (12 oz.) can honey roasted peanuts
1 lb. marshmallows
1 stick butter
1/4 c. oil

In large bowl, mix popcorn, M & M's, peanuts. Melt marshmallows with butter and oil until smooth. Pour over mixture of popcorn, M & M's, peanuts. Mix together well. Pack into buttered bundt pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serves 12.
