BAR-B-Q BEEF 
3 lbs. boiling beef, roast or hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. catsup
1 c. water

Cook beef until done. If boiling beef or roast, separate. Mix in pan all ingredients. Let simmer until meat is stringy and thick. Best when made a day before serving or can be served immediately served on bun.
