BEEF SALAD 
1 (4 lb.) roast (any cut will do, as will round steak)
1 med. onion
1 bell pepper
1/4 stalk celery
1 sm. jar sweet relish
Mayonnaise
1/2 doz. eggs, boiled hard

BEEF SOUP:

To your broth add 1 pound ground meat, onions, bell pepper, celery, cabbage, corn on the cob (cut in small chunks) and potatoes, turnips, etc. Add 1 can of tomato paste and boil for an hour.
