FEIERSTENGSZALOT (SALAD OF BEEF) 
1 lb. cooked beef or (roast beef)
1 onion, sm.
1 garlic
2 eggs, boiled hard
1-2 boiled potatoes
1 tomato
1 pickled cucumber or more
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
4-5 spoons oil
Pepper, salt

Cut beef (potatoes and tomato) cucumber into small pieces. Chop onion, garlic, chives and parsley and add them to the vinegar and oil, pepper and salt for sauce. Mix sauce with beef and cucumber and wait for about one hour. Before serving add the eggs. Serves 4.
