BAR B QUE MEATBALLS 
1 med. carrot, grated
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 lb. ground turkey or pork
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 lb. ground chuck
1 egg
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook carrots and onions in oil. Mix with meat mixture and fry until brown.

SAUCE:

3/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. onion, minced
1 tbsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 drops hot Tabasco sauce or more to make sauce hot.
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. dry mustard

Cook and simmer meatballs. About 10 minutes. Serve in a slow cooker or chafing dish to keep sauce hot.

NOTE: If freezing make 1 extra sauce recipe.
