MILK CHOCOLATE DELIGHT CAKE 
1 3/4 c. cake flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. Hershey's giant milk chocolate bar
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour, baking powder, salt and soda together three times. Cream sugar and shortening until light and fluffy. Add sugar gradually. Add eggs, one at a time, to creamed mixture, beating well after each addition. Melt Hershey bar over hot water, add to creamed mixture and blend well. Add the flour mixture alternately with buttermilk and vanilla. Pour into 2 greased and lightly floured 9" layer pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Frost with milk chocolate frosting.

MILK CHOCOLATE FROSTING:

1 Hershey's giant milk chocolate bar
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. vanilla

Melt Hershey bar over hot water. Add milk and butter and mix together until smooth. Remove from heat and add vanilla and beat until spreading consistency.
