LIME MARSHMALLOW SALAD 
16 lg. marshmallows
1 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. 4 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine marshmallows and milk in top of double boiler over hot water, stirring occasionally until dissolved. Add Jello and stir until dissolved. Chill until mixture begins to thicken. Soften cream cheese and beat until fluffy. Add well-drained pineapple. Add to marshmallow mixture. Fold in whipped cream. Add nuts and turn into an 11x7 inch pan. Chill until firm.
