MICROWAVE BEEF STEW 
Round steak or any other lean meat
3 carrots, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
3 stalks celery, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
3 potatoes, cubed
1 can mushrooms, or fresh
1 can (13 3/4 oz.) beef broth
1 can stewed tomatoes (14 1/2 oz.)

Cut meat into cubes. Sprinkle with meat tenderizer, then mix with some flour, just enough to coat the meat. Place meat in large bowl. Add cubed potatoes, carrots, celery, mushrooms, broth and stewed tomatoes. Place into microwave. Cook on high 10 minutes. Medium low 50 minutes, until meat is tender and vegetables are cooked. Follow your own microwave directions regarding bowl turning.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
