MEXICAN FIRE 
2 cans Hormel chili (no beans)
1 lb. yellow American cheese
1 onion
Jalapeno pepper rings

Cut cheese into cubes. Chop onion, dice peppers (3-4). Reserve 1/4 cup cheese on top. Mix chili, cheese, onions and peppers. Place in casserole. Place reserved cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Place jalapeno pepper rings on top. Serve with tostito chips.
