PUMPKIN CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. baking soda

Add together and mix well. Add to dry ingredients:

2 c. pumpkin (or 1 can squash)
2 eggs
1/3 c. water
Nuts (optional)
Raisins (optional)

Blend 30 seconds on low speed and then 4 minutes on high. Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Can frost, serve plain or with ice cream.

FANCY WHIPPED CREAM:

1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2-1 tsp. rum flavoring
1 c. whipped cream

Beat ingredients until stiff and frost cake.
