PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 
1 (18 oz.) jar peanut butter
2 sticks butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 block paraffin wax

Cream together peanut butter and butter. Add vanilla. Slowly add powdered sugar. Mix well. Refrigerate for about 1 hour. Dough can then be shaped into small balls. Refrigerate balls until you are ready to coat. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin wax in double boiler. Keep chocolate warm while dipping. Use toothpicks or fork to dip and place on wax paper. Chill until set.

Makes about 60 or more pieces.
