PORCUPINE BALLS 
1 lb. hamburg
1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
3/4 c. uncooked rice
2 eggs
1/2 med. onion, cut fine
Salt & pepper

Mix all together and make into balls. Put in casserole and pour 1 can tomato soup over them. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
