SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook spinach, drain well. Add remaining ingredients. Place in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Quick and easy.
