CHEESE MOLD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
Garlic powder, to taste
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. curry powder
1 c. pecans, finely chopped
Lemon juice

Blend all ingredients together very well. Pour into mold and chill in the refrigerator overnight. Wash and slice apples to make wedges and dip into lemon juice and water to preserve color. Unmold cheese and surround with sliced apples.
