CHEESE TARTS 
5 eggs
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar

GARNISH:

Candy decors at cake store
Any flavor pie fillings
Candied fruits

Place all ingredients, adding one at a time, and mixing until smooth in large mixing bowl. Pour into miniature foil cups on cookie sheet 2/3 full. Bake in 300 to 325 degree oven for 25-35 minutes.

Remove from oven, will fall slightly. Add 1 teaspoon of sour cream sugar topping. Bake 5 more minutes. Cool and decorate or leave as is. Refrigerate or freeze. Makes 68, usually double (go fast).
