BAKED POTATO WEDGES 
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
6-8 med. sized potatoes
1 stick butter

May need more or less potatoes.

Wash potatoes thoroughly using a vegetable brush. Do not peel. Melt butter on a baking sheet. Cut potatoes on a baking sheet. Cut potatoes lengthwise into wedges (quarter). Mix together the flour, cheese and seasonings. Coat each potato wedge with mixture and place on baking sheet on its side. Bake at 350 degrees on one side for 20 minutes; turn and bake 20 minutes longer. Kids love 'em!
