BARBEQUE SAUCE 
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
2 tbsp. bacon drippings
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2/3 c. catsup
1 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 c. beef, pork or chicken broth

Fry onion in bacon drippings until tender and transparent. Add remaining ingredients and simmer slowly for 15 minutes or until fairly thick.
