BABY FOOD CAKE 
1 c. oil
2 c. white sugar
3 whole eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 small jar strained apricot baby food
1 small jar strained prune baby food
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix oil and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add baby food. Sift together flour and cinnamon and gradually add to wet ingredients.

Bake in tube pan at 350°F until done. Top with frosting.

Caramel Frosting:

1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
2 c. confectioners sugar

Melt butter in 8-inch skillet; add brown sugar. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Add milk; stir until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Cool. Add confectioners sugar; beat until thick enough to spread on cold cake.
