CHICKEN KIEV 
6 med. size chicken breast halves
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. flavored bread crumbs
1 stick butter, melted
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. apple juice or white wine
1/2 tsp. parsley

Dip chicken in butter and then coat with mixture of bread crumbs and grated cheese. Bake 35 minutes at 325 degrees or until slightly brown.

Mix juice, remaining butter, onion and parsley, heat and pour over chicken and bake 10 minutes.
