CREOLE RICE & MEAT DRESSING 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tbsp. salt
Onion tops
Parsley
4 c. cooked rice
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. bell pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper
3 tbsp. Worcestershire or soy sauce

Cook ground beef, chopped onions, celery, bell pepper, black and red pepper and salt in 1/3 cup oil until brown. Then add 1 cup water and simmer gently until done. Add chopped onion tops and parsley to taste and cook about 5 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce. Add the cooked rice and mix well. Serve steaming hot.
