PASSOVER POTATO SOUP 
2 onions, diced
Minced garlic
2 tbsp. oil or butter
3 tbsp. matzah meal
2 qts. boiling water
5 potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Fry onions and garlic in oil until golden; stir in matzah meal and let brown slightly. Add water, cut up potatoes and seasonings. Cover and cook for 35 minutes. Makes about 8 servings.
