CAMMIE'S MAINE SALMON LOAF 
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. canned salmon
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. soft bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients, including juice from salmon. Pack mixture into well greased loaf pan. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot or cold. Good with spinach salad (you can substitute solid tuna).
